摘要
大规模学业测评是提高教育质量、调整教育政策的有效方式之一。目前,国际上已经开展了多项跨国比较或区域性的大规模学业测评,虽然项目测评的目的和对象不尽相同,但几乎所有的测评项目都通过调查问卷收集对学生学业成就有重要影响的教师信息。通过对国际上影响力较大且相对成熟的PISA、TIMSS、SACMEQ和NAEP项目中教师因素测评指标与内容进行比较与解析,尝试为调整教师相关法律政策、修正教师评价指标和促进教师专业发展提供参考与建议。
Large-scale assessments in education are an effective approach to improve the quality of education and regulate the educational policy. Currently, plenty of large-scale assessments in education have been implemented which can promote student learning. According to the purpose of assessments, almost all international educational assessments design teacher questionnaires to collect valuable information related to student performances. This study reviews the major large-scale assessments, including PISA, TIMSS, SACMEQ, NAEP. It aims to compare and contrast teacher factors measured in these projects, and then we propose the suggestions to control educational policies, revise indicates of teacher evaluation and improve teacher professional development.
