熔融显微投影法定量分析PTT和PBT混纺比的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为寻找一种设备通用、测定准确的聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)混纺比的定量测试方法,根据两者的熔融差异,采用熔融识别分离法结合显微投影法,用熔融显微仪记录熔融前后图像,统计了两种纤维的根数,同时测量了两种纤维的横截面积;最后根据两种纤维的横截面积、根数和体积质量分别计算出相应的质量百分比。结果显示:该新方法测得的PBT含量的标准偏差小于2%。认为:该方法准确、可靠、操作简单、易于推广应用。 In order to find a universal and accurate quantitative testing method about blending radio of PTT and PBT,melting recognition and separation method in combination with micro-projection method were adopted based on the two fibers melted differences. Before and after images were recorded by melted microscope, the number and cross-sectional area of the two kinds of fibers were counted and measured. Finally mass percentage were calculated respectively according to the cross-sectional area, number and volume quality of PTT and PBT. The results show that the standard deviation of the PBT content measured by new method is below 2 %. It is considered that the method is accurate, reliable, simple operating and easy to be popularized and applied.
