摘要
主观幸福感在现代社会愈加受到关注。本文从工作压力、工作价值观外在内在两方面影响因素研究主观幸福感,选取内蒙古呼包鄂地区进行问卷调查,516份有效问卷处理结果表明:工作压力及其因子对主观幸福感存在显著负向影响;工作任务因子对事业取向存在显著正向影响,人际关系因子对事业取向、职业取向和谋生取向存在显著负向影响,对家庭取向存在显著正向影响;总体工作价值观及事业取向、职业取向对主观幸福感存在正向影响;职业取向、谋生取向在人际关系因子影响主观幸福感过程中具有部分中介效应,事业取向在工作任务压力因子影响主观幸福感过程中具有部分中介效应。建议组织从工作环境、管理制度、组织文化等方面降低员工工作压力,提升主观幸福感。
Subjective well-being attracts more and more attention in modern times, which is studied from work value as internal fac- tor and work stress as external factor in this paper. Questionnaires are sent out among workers in Inner Mongolia Province and 516 samples are valid. The final result shows that: work stress and its factors can affect subjective well-being nega- tively; work assignment stress can affect career orientation positively; interpersonal relationship can affect career orienta- tion, job orientation and remuneration orientation negatively and family orientation positively; the whole work value, career orientation and job orientation can affect subjective well-being positively; job orientation and remuneration orientation partly mediate the relationship between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being; and career orientation partly mediates the relationship between work assignment stress and subjective well-being. This paper suggests that enterprises can improve working conditions, carry out "human touch" management and establish advanced enterprise culture, thus re- ducing work stress and improving subjective well-being.
