摘要
本文在借鉴国内外学者对汽车产业现有研究成果的基础上,从产业链整合视角对我国汽车产业的发展路径进行了探索。基于汽车产业研发价值链、生产价值链以及营销价值链的价值构成,研究了三大价值链内部的价值分布,并从理论角度试图证明汽车产业生产价值链高端所带来的收益会大于汽车研发价值链低端所带来的收益。同时,结合我国汽车产业现状,认为中国汽车制造价值链环节还有很大的提升空间,即中观上需要各相关产业协调发展;微观上需要主导企业引领与带动,提高生产制造与组织效率;宏观上需要国家通过顶层设计来完成产业链的整合。
Based on current researches about auto industry value chain, the author made a research on Chinese auto industry development path. Based on the value structure of auto R&D value chain, manufacturing value chain and sales value chain the author has classified the value distribution of the above value chains, and made a theoretical certification about the profit from the auto industry manufacturing high-end value chain is more than the profit from auto industry R&D lower-end value chain. Therefore, to Chinese auto industry, there is still a large development space as to realize the integration of industrial chains. To auto industry, coordinated developments of all related industries are needed. To auto company, manufacture and organization efficiency are needed. To our government, top-level design is needed.
