京津冀物流协同目标下河北省物流能力提升策略

河北省与京津实现物流协同发展,既是京津冀协同发展的重要内容,也是河北省发展现代物流业的客观需要。河北省在政治环境、经济发展水平、基础设施建设以及人才供求方面与京津存在较大差异,严重阻碍了京津冀物流协同发展的顺利进行。因此,河北省应以京津冀协同发展规划为契机,从提高自身物流能力入手,在做好京津物流承接规划的同时,优化整合本省物流资源。而要发展河北省物流业,不但要提高第三方物流企业的服务能力,还要积极探索高校间、校企间物流人才联合培养机制,与京津物流业走合作性竞争之路。

The collaborative development of logistics not only is the important content to realize the coordinated development of Bei- jing-Tianjin-Hebei, but also is the objective needs of Hebei province to realize modern logistics development. Due to dif- ferent political and economic environments, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have some big differences in level of development, infrastructure construction and personnel policy. All these seriously affect the three areas to achieve synergistic effects and processes. Therefore, based on collaborative development planning, Hebei province should undertake the joint planning of logistics with Beijing-Tianjin to improve its own logistics capability, and optimize and integrate logistics resources. At the same time, Hebei province should improve the service capability of the third party logistics enterprises, and actively ex- plore the joint training mechanism between university and enterprise. The cooperation with Beijing-Tianjin will be the in- evitable choice for the development of logistics industry to Hebei.
