基于LCA方法的生猪产业温室气体排放时空特征分析——以鄱阳湖生态经济区为例 被引量:1

摘要 基于2000-2013年鄱阳湖生态经济区30个县市面板数据,运用生命周期评价方法 (LCA),选取生猪肠道发酵、粪便管理系统、生猪饲养环节耗能、生猪饲料粮种植、生猪饲料粮运输加工和猪肉产品屠宰加工6大环节,测算分析了鄱阳湖生态经济区生猪产业温室气体排放的时空特征。结果表明:总量上,2000-2013年鄱阳湖生态经济区生猪产业生命周期及各个环节的当量排放量均呈上升的趋势,其中生猪饲料粮种植、生猪饲料粮运输加工、粪便管理系统和生猪饲养耗能环节温室气体上升趋势更加显著;结构上,粪便管理系统和生猪饲料粮种植是鄱阳湖生态经济区生猪产业温室气体排放的主要来源;地域差异上,余江县、南昌县、东乡县和高安市的生猪养殖当量排放总量增长迅速,且排放总量远高于其他26个县市。 Based on the panel data of 30 counties in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone from 2000 to 2013, this paper employed the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method to estimate and analyze the spatial-temporal characteristics of greenhouse gas emissions of swine industry in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone by selecting six important factors of swine industry, including pig enter- ic fermentation, manure management systems, energy consumption of swine breeding, feed grain plantation, transportation and processing of feed grain, and slaughter processing of pork producta The results showed that ;the total amount of the emissions of the swine industry was on the rise from 2000 to 2013 in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, especially for factors of feed grain plantation, transportation and processing of feed grain, manure management systems, and energy consumption of swine breeding; manure management systems and feed grain plantation were the main sources of greenhouse gases emissions of the swine industry in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone; the greenhouse gases emissions of the swine industry from Yujiang County, Nanchang County, Dongxiang County and Gao'an County increased rapidly, and were far higher than the other 26 counties.
