摘要
为了研究石榴皮对鸡球虫病的防治效果,根据相关技术标准和要求设计了本试验。用石榴皮及目前市场上常用的几种抗球虫药物进行对比,观察其对鸡球虫卵囊的抑制及杀灭效果,同时用球虫卵囊人工感染健康鸡群,观察石榴皮对鸡球虫病的治疗效果。结果显示:石榴皮有较高的抗药性,疗效显著,可在生产中推广应用。
In order to study the control effect of granatum on avian coccidiosis, according to the rele- vant technical standards and requirements to design this experiment we used the granatum and several common anti-coccidiostats to compare its inhibition and killing effect against chicken coccidian oocysts, meanwhile, we infected healthy chicken flocks artificially with coccidian oocysts, then observed the efficacy of granatum. The results showed that the resistance to granatum was higher, its effect was remarkable, it could be widely applied in production.
