应用楔形方柄股骨假体行人工髋关节置换治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效 被引量：4

摘要 随着人口老龄化日益加重，髋部骨折发病率逐年增加。Miyamoto等报告，髋部骨折1年的病死率为14％～36％。由于解剖特点及年龄因素，高龄复杂股骨颈骨折治疗有其自身难点，传统内固定疗法患者卧床时间长，髋关节功能恢复差。
