摘要
商业环境的变革对企业人力资源招聘实践提出了新的要求,在"互联网+"时代,人们越来越意识到,如何提高招聘管理的有效性是企业在激烈市场竞争中必须面对的问题。作为企业人力资源管理的子系统,招聘管理通过招募和选拔等活动保证企业人才的持续性和稳定性,提高企业收益。为了更好地了解从传统招聘到"互联网+时代"的员工招聘发展历程和现状,本研究对相关文献进行了回顾。首先总结了组织员工招聘管理的概念、意义和方式,然后提出了移动互联网时代的时代特征,回顾了互联网时代招聘管理的招募、甄选和评估过程,最后指出了当前企业招聘管理的局限性和未来发展趋势。
The revolution of business environment calls for new demands of human resource management practices. In "lnternet+" age, people are more and more aware of the significance of improving the efficiency of recruiting process. As a sub system of human resource management, recruiting management process ensures sustainability and stability of employee through recruitment and selection, which thus increases the profits. In order to understand the development history form traditional recruiting management process to the practice in "Intemet+" Age and the current situation, this study has reviewed relevant literature. Firstly, this study summarized basic knowledge of employee recruiting management, and then came up with the characteristics of the times in "Internet+" Age. Afterwards, e-recruitment, e-selection and e-evaluation in "Interuet +" Age were reviewed successively. In the end, this study proposed the limitation of current recruiting process and pointed out future tendency.
