摘要
互联网时代下雇佣关系由原来的ILM主导型转向了ELM主导型,给员工招聘带来了严峻的挑战和全新的契机。基于此背景,本文以社交招聘领域的领先者Linked In为研究对象,总结了其社交创新模式的四大方面,并进一步凝练创新招聘的三大本质特征,分别是客户导向理念、价值网络属性、雇主品牌形象,为员工招聘的进一步创新提供理论指导。
The employment relationship in Internet era has changed from ILM to ELM, bringing employee recruitment field intense challenges and also new opportunities. In this background, LinkedIn, the leader in the social networking recruiting field, is selected as an example of this paper, and its innovation mode is concluded into four aspects. Base on this, this paper further refines its innovation recruitment into three characteristic, which are customer-oriented concept, value of network, and employer brand image, providing theoretical guidance for employee recruitment innovation.
