摘要
人力资源管理与企业战略的协同作用是战略人力资源管理领域的研究重点,但针对协同作用来源的研究甚少。此外,结合企业家思想文献的研究,本文发现企业家思想与企业战略之间存在着极为紧密的相互作用关系,并且人力资源管理是企业家思想与企业战略之间的重要连接点。因此,本文着眼于企业家思想、人力资源管理、企业战略三者之间的关系,以腾讯公司为案例进行研究,得出主要结论:企业家思想是人力资源管理与企业战略产生协同效应的根源,人力资源管理作为关键环节有效连接了企业家思想与企业战略。
The synergy between human resource management and enterprise strategy is a research focus in the field of strategic human resource management, but very few research focus on where this synergy from. Integrating the entrepreneurial mindset literature, we found that there is a strong interactive link between entrepreneurial mindset and enterprise strategy, and human resource management is an important node in this link. So, the relationship among entrepreneurial mindset, human resource management and enterprise strategy is the focus in our research, and Tencent is selected as an example of this research. We draw a conclusion that the synergy between human resource management and enterprise strategy is rooted in entrepreneurial mindset, and human resource management is a critical node linking entrepreneurial mindset and enterprise strategy effectively.
