摘要
介绍了补偿收缩滑模混凝土配合比设计及其性能指标,原材料质量和混凝土坍落度要稳定,混凝土凝结时间宜控制在10 h左右,水胶比宜控制在0.42~0.45范围;结合实际工程案例,对生产与浇筑过程中要采取的质量控制措施进行了分析。
The performance index and mix design of shrinkage-compensating slipform concrete was introduced,stable quality was required of the raw material and concrete slump in this project,initial setting time of the concrete should be controlled at about 10 h,and water/binder ratio should be in the range of 0.42 to 0.45.Combined with practical engineering case,quality control measures during the production and casting period was analyzed.
