摘要
对多基复合管成型过程中的管芯混凝土的固化收缩变形与弹性模量变化等开展了相关试验研究,由此建立了管芯混凝土收缩与变弹性模量预测模型。通过迭代算法,对多基复合管成型过程中管芯混凝土的收缩性能进行了研究与分析。结果表明:该分析模型与方法能合理地描述管芯混凝土收缩过程中对内筒体产生的附加外力随时间变化的关系,为多基复合管结构优化设计提供理论指导。
To achieve the the structure optimal design of mutil-matrixes composited pipe,this paper proposed a new computing method for evaluating the shrinkage stress from the core concrete to the internal pipe.And other than the traditional computing method,this method based on a number of experiments considered the influence from both the changes of the shrinkage distortion and the elastic modulus during the development of concrete.The result had proved that the computing method introduced could describe the relationship between the shrinkage stress and time during the process of production more accurately.
