内掺渗透结晶防水材料混凝土的渗透性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 研究了内掺水泥基渗透结晶防水材料混凝土的渗透性能,测试了不同试验条件下混凝土的气体渗流量,分析了渗透结晶材料中主要组分对混凝土抗渗性能的影响,并利用正交设计方法对渗透结晶防水材料进行了组成优化,利用XRD、SEM研究了渗透结晶材料对混凝土结构的影响,结果表明:内掺渗透结晶防水材料混凝土的28 d强度可达基准试块的123.06%,28 d抗渗压力为基准试块的275%;其结构致密,结构中水化硅酸钙明显增多,抗渗性能明显提高。 The permeability of the concrete mixed with the cement base permeating crystal waterproofs materials was investigated.Test of gas seepage of conduced on the concrete and the influence of the component of permeating crystanline waterproof material on the permeability was analyzed.In addition,the formulations of the permeating crystanline waterproof material were optimized with orthogonal design method.With the microstructural observation of XRD and SEM,the influencing mechanism of permeating crystanline waterproof material on concrete was also discussed.The results show that compared with the contrast sample,the compressive strength and the resistance osmotic pressure of the concrete with permeating crystanline waterproof material could be improved to 123.06 percent and 275 percent.The results of SEM suggested that the concrete with permeating crystanline waterproof material is denser and results of XRD indicated the permeating crystanline waterproof material in concrete contribute to the formation of calcium silicate hydrate(CSH).It was also founded that the impermeability of the concrete can be significantly improved by the addition of the permeating crystanline waterproof material.
