摘要
选取两种实际投产破碎工艺线制备的再生细骨料进行颗粒级配、表观密度、压碎指标、含泥量性能试验,分析多种再生细骨料性能差异,考虑骨料堆积位置的影响,并与天然砂进行对比。结果表明:再生细骨料性能满足国家规定的要求;相比底部、中部,位于堆积位置顶部的骨料性能更优;清洗流程能有效提高再生细骨料性能。
In order to consider the influence of aggregate pile position and analyze the different performance of recycled fine aggregatefrom two different crushing process,testing recycled fine aggregate grain size distribution,apparent density,crush index,clay content performance.The results show that the recycled fine aggregate performance can meet national requirements,and the aggregate located in the upper of pile position is better than the lower part.Cleaning process can effectively improve the performance of recycled fine aggregate.
