摘要
分析了当前低坍落度混凝土工作性的主要测试方法及其局限性,从高性能滑模摊铺路面混凝土的工作性特点出发,在混凝土振动液化的原理上提出了一种低坍落度混凝土液化效果的评价方法-振动出浆法。通过比较,结果表明:相近低坍落度下混凝土的液化出浆量差别明显,通过引气剂可以在不大幅影响混凝土坍落度的前提下显著改善其液化效果。
The major test methods and limitations of the evaluations on low slump concrete workability were analyzed.From working characteristics of high-performance concrete pavement by slip forming construction,an evaluation about vibration liquefaction of low slump concrete was put out.By comparison,the results show that the liquefied plasma volume are different greatly under similar low slump concrete.Entraining agent can significantly improve the liquefaction effect without significantly affecting the premise concrete slump.
