为探寻无害化处理补贴政策的实际效果,本研究从生猪市场、养殖主体和国家财政等3个方面探寻该政策对生猪产业的影响。该政策不仅促进了生猪与猪肉价格的理性回归,也对规模养殖户的影响凸显了羊群效应,但存在价格倒挂严重、对散户影响甚微、加重财政负担等问题,因此提出了突破补贴范围瓶颈、带动发挥羊群效应及推动补贴方式创新等建议。
