摘要 在我国西部冻土地区及干旱地区,普通取样钻机和钻进工艺钻探取样困难,因此需要对无循环取样工艺及设备进行研究。无循环钻进工艺是在钻探取样过程中,孔内没有冲洗液或虽有稳定液但不循环流动的钻进方式,这种工艺环保、取样质量高、效率高、能满足特殊地层的取样需求。介绍了无循环工艺和30m无循环取样钻机的参数特点及试验情况。钻机钻进中不需要循环介质,能够实现自装卸上下车,液压系统恒功率输出,钻机的研制为干旱地区及冻土地区增添了一种新设备、新工艺,有广阔的应用前景,将在以后的浅层取样中发挥重要作用。 It is difficult to sample by ordinary sampling drill rig and drilling technology in permafrost and arid regions of west China.Therefore it is necessary to develop no-circulating sampling technology and drilling rig.No circulation drilling technology can work in the drilling without drilling fluid in the hole or fluid is stable and not circulating.The kind of sampling technology introduced in this paper is environmental friendly with high quality and efficiency,and it can meet the demand of the special stratum sampling.This paper describes the non-circulating sampling technology,the main technical parameters of the rig and the test of the rig.The rig has the following characteristics:the drilling does not need circulation medium during drilling nor other auxiliary equipment during loading and unloading and has constant power output of hydraulic system.The development of the drilling rig provides a new kind of equipment and new technology in dry areas and permafrost areas.The no-circulating sampling drilling rig has promising application prospects and will play an important role in shallow layer sampling in the future.
