摘要
采用基于TCP/IP协议的因特网作为信息传递手段,地震预警系统可以实现在任何时间、地点对接入因特网内任何节点的预警设备进行访问和控制。实践表明,在预警设备数据的传输过程中将产生延时并有一定的延时不确定性,这将降低整个预警系统的效能。针对延时特性及其产生的原因进行了深入分析,首先分析了地震预警系统延时的主要组成,然后重点介绍了网络延时测试实验及其结果,这为武汉城市圈地震预警与烈度速报示范工程项目后续预警台站的全面建设打下一定的基础。
Using internet based on TCP/IP protocol as the method of data transmission in the earthquake early warning system can realize the control of and the visit to any earthquake early warning device at the node of internet at any time and in any place.However the test proves that there is certain network timedelay in the process of earthquake early warning data transmission and the time-delay has the property of uncertainty.Network time-delay decreases the earthquake early warning system efficiency.This paper firstly analyses the earthquake early warning system time-delay main composition,and then introduces network time-delay test and its result.The deep analysis of the problem and the reasons of its existing is greatly helpful to Demonstration Project of Wuhan City circle earthquake early warning and rapid information of strong motion intensity.
