摘要 Castleman病（Castleman’s disease，CD）又称巨淋巴结增生症或血管滤泡性淋巴结增生，是一种少见的原因不明的淋巴组织异常增生性疾病。本病往往淋巴结肿大十分明显，有时直径达10cm以上，故又称巨大淋巴结增生（giant lymphnode hyperplasia）。
