摘要 为选育红毛丹优质品种,以海南主栽6个不同品种的红毛丹果实‘大红果’、‘保研2号’(BR2)、‘保研4号’(BR4)、‘保研5号’(BR5)、‘保研6号’(BR6)和‘保研7号’(BR7)为研究对象,测定其外观(果形指数、果皮厚度、单果重等)和营养品质(可溶性固形物、矿物质含量、维生素C含量等)指标,建立一套适合海南栽培的红毛丹果实品质的模型评价方法。结果表明:各品种间的果实品质差异较大,‘保研6号’(评价指数0.284)和‘保研2号’(评价指数0.264)的外观品质优于其他品种,而‘大红果’(评价指数0.388)和‘保研5号’(评价指数0.315)的营养品质高于其他各品种。综合评价模型分析表明:‘大红果’和‘保研6号’的评价指数分别为0.599和0.596,综合品质较优,是海南省值得推广和发展的优良品种;而‘保研4号’和‘保研5号’品种的评价指数较低,综合品质则相对较差,不宜做推广种。 In this report, six varieties of rambutan fruit cultivated in Baoting (Big Red, BR2, BR4, BR5, BR6 and BR7) were used as the experimental materials, the appearance and nutrition quality indices were determined, and a fruit quality evaluation model was established to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of high quality rambutan varieties. The results showed that the appearance of Big Red was moderate while the nutritional quality was the best. The appearance of BR2 was optimal but the nutritional qualitywas the lowest. BR4 had a moderate appearance and a poor nutritional quality. BR5 had an optimal appearance and a moderate nutritional quality. BR6 had an optimal appearance and a moderate nutritional quality. BR7 had the best appearance, but the nutritional quality was the lowest. By the analysis of evaluation model, the varieties of Big Red and BR6 had the highest comprehensive quality, followed by BR2 and BR7, while BR4 and BR5 were at the lower level.
