不同光质对杉木组培苗叶绿素含量及荧光参数的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Light Quality on the Growth of Tissue Culture Chlorophyll and Chlorophyll Fluorescence in Cunninghamia lanceolata

摘要 研究不同单、复色LED光源对杉木组培苗叶绿素含量及荧光参数的影响。结果表明:单色LED处理下,杉木组培苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及叶绿素总量均以30μmol/(m^2·s)蓝光处理的最大,而F_V/F_m和F_V/F_0值均以70μmol/(m^2·s)蓝光处理的最大。不同复色LED光源对杉木组培苗叶绿素a、叶绿素总量以及F_V/F_0值作用大小顺序均为:R>B>G;对叶绿素b含量和F_V/F_m值作用大小顺序均为:R>G=B。促进杉木叶绿素积累的最优光色光强组合为70μmol/(m^2·s)R+60μmol/(m^2·s)G+30μmol/(m^2·s)B,而有效提高F_V/F_m和FV/F0值的最优光色光强组合为60μmol/(m^2·s)R+50μmol/(m^2·s)G+40μmol/(m^2·s)B。 This paper studied the effects of different single compound color LED light source on the chlorophyll and fluorescence parameters of Cunningharnia lanceolata cultured seedlings. The results showed that the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of Chinese fir seedlings were all in 30 μ mol/(m2·s) with single color LED light, and achieved maximum value with blue light treatment. And FV/Fm and Fv/Fo value were the biggest when they were processed in the 70 p, mol/(m2·s) blu-ray; Different multicolor LED light effected on Chinese fir tissue culture seedlings' chlorophyll a, total chlorophyll content and Fv/Fo value, from big to small order were all as follows: R〉B〉G. Effecting on chlorophyll b and FV/Fm value size order was R〉G=B. To promote the accumulation of Chinese fir' chlorophyll content, the optimal combination of light color and light intensity matching was: 70 μmol/(m2·s) R+60 p, mol/(m2·s) G+30 μmol/(m2·s) B. The the optimal light color and intensity combination which can effectively improve FV/Fm and Fv/Fo value was 60 μ mol/(mE·s) R+50 p, mol/(mE·s) C,+40 p, mol/(mE·s) B.
