摘要
在较低的温度下和超短的时间内,一步合成了以NaYF_4为基质掺杂Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)和Gd^(3+)的亲水性上转换纳米颗粒,并通过TEM和XRD对其进行了形貌表征和物相分析.最后对其发光性能进行了研究,发现该纳米颗粒在980nm激光的照射下,可发射出明亮的绿光.
Upconversion nanoparticles have broad applications in molecular labeling as well as cellular and in vivo imaging.Up to now,it is still a challenge to develop cost-effective routes for the preparation of hydrophilic upconversion nanoparticles.Herein,we have successfully developed the onestep direct synthesis method to prepare Yb^3+,Er^3+,Gd^3+ co-doped NaYF4 nanoparticles at lower temperature and in short reaction time.And then,we carry out morphology characterization and phase analysis by TEM and XRD.Finally,we also performed a spectroscopic study.The UC fluorescence of the colloidal solution excited with a 980 nm laser appears green in color.
