基于卒中注册的卒中治疗现状的单中心观察报道

A report on the current stroke treatment in a single center based on stroke registry

目的探讨本地区卒中患者治疗现状。方法利用我院卒中注册系统，前瞻性登记我院神经内科自2011年12月至2013年10月符合注册标准的1180例脑卒中患者的临床数据。采用SPSS13．0统计软件回顾性分析患者的治疗现状及随访情况。结果本研究共登记1180例卒中患者，患者入院后均进行卒中教育。其中缺血性卒中患者住院期间的药物治疗应用最多的是抗血小板聚集药物，占95．94％，其次为他汀类药物药物，应用率90．11％。但发病3个月随访时抗血小板聚集药物及他汀类药物应用率明显下降。结论缺血性卒中住院期间治疗正规，但长期治疗依从性较差。

Objective To investigate the current stroke treatment in the local region. Methods Prospectively reg- istry was performed using clinical data collected from 1180 stroke patients who were treated from our hospital from Decem- ber 2011 to October 2013 using the Stroke Registry System. Then, their information about current treatment and follow - up visit were retrospectively analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results A total of 1180 stroke patients were registered in this stud- y. All the patients received stroke education. Currently, 95.94% of ischemic stroke inpatients were treated with anti - platelet drugs, followed by statins users （90.11% ）. However, the use of anti - platelet drugs and statins was greatly decreased according to the follow- up visits three months after stroke. Conclusions Ischemic stroke patients can be treated well during hospitalization, but their long - term compliance is poor.
