Research on the Application Scheme of IMS Administrative Switching Network in Hunan Electric Power

随着交换技术的快速发展,电力行政交换网由原来的电路交换方式正在向IMS逐步演进。IMS技术的成熟性和业务多样性能为电力行政交换网提供技术先进、业务丰富、运行便捷的交换网技术保障。国家电网公司已经开始对电力行政交换网络和业务进行新的部署。文章提出了IMS在湖南电力的应用方案,从业务需求、组网模式、核心网建设、接入网建设、业务平台等方面进行了应用探讨,对IMS后期规划和技术演进具有指导意义。

With the rapid development of the switching technology, the electric power of administrative switching network is evolving from the circuit-switched systems to the IMS. IMS technology can provide technical support of electric administrative switching network with advanced technology, rich service and convenient operation. SGCC has launched new network and service deployment of administrative switching network. This paper presents the application scheme of IMS system in Hunan electric power, discusses the service requirements, networking model, the core network construction, the construction of the access network, service platform etc. It will provide guidance for the post-planning and technical evolution.
