摘要
为提高线路保护光纤通道的运行可靠性,文章分析了光纤纵联差动保护收发双向传输延时不一致问题产生的原因,并针对短线路和长线路延时不一致问题分别提出了不同的判别方法;介绍了一种新型的线路光纤保护的集成装置,当通道收发双向延时一致时,投入线路光纤差动保护,当双向延时不一致时,切换到线路光纤纵联距离保护,可保证装置动作的可靠性;最后通过实时数字仿真仪(Real Time Digital Simulator,RTDS)数字仿真实验验证了所提出方案的正确性。
To improve the operational reliability of the fiber channel for line protection, this paper analyzes the problem that optical fiber self healing ring network bidirectional transmission delay may not be consistent in fiberoptic current differential protection. Different delay discrimination methods are given for the short line and long line respectively. This paper introduces a new type of integrated device scheme for optical fiber line protection, when the bidirectional delay is consistent, differential protection works; when the bidirectional delay is not consistent, pilot distance relay works to ensure the reliability of protection. RTDS digital simulation results prove its effectiveness.
