摘要
为了解决江西省中小水电由于地处偏远山区并网管理难度大的问题,文章提出了电力线与无线融合新技术,该技术通过载波+无线的方式为中小水电的信息采集提供了有效的传输通道。通过载波机、柱上控制器和一体化电容耦合器实现远程监测,通过无线和公网GPRS实现用电信息的采集,从而解决了单一通信方式无法解决的通信可靠性问题。最后给出了具体的组网方案和实施结果,测试结果表明最大包长为250 B时,时延300 ms,正确率达100%,满足配用电业务需求。文章的成功试验对中小水电的开发具有促进作用。
To solve the network management problems in small and medium hydropower plants in the remote and mountain areas in Jiangxi Province, this paper presents a power line communication(PLC) + wireless integrated technique. By using power line carrier, pole-mounted switch and integrated capacitive coupler, the remote monitoring for medium-small hydropower plants can be realized and the electricity utilization information collection can be implemented by PLC and GPRS. Thus the problem of communication reliability which can't be solved by a single mode of communication is solved. At last, the networking schemes and measurement results are presented. Test results show that when the biggest packet is 250 B, the delay is only 300 ms and the accuracy rate can be up to 100%, can meet the requirement of distribution service. The successful experiment in this paper has a positive effect on the development of small and medium hydropower.
