摘要
含油污泥处理一直是困扰各大油田的一个技术难题。针对这一技术难题,提出基于物理法和化学法相结合的含油污泥处理方法并给出相应的工艺流程。在此基础上,着重研究含油污泥处理测控系统设计,给出详尽的测控系统整体结构设计和基于dsPIC30F4013单片微机的控制器硬件设计。在深入分析含油污泥处理工艺流程的稳流控制原理及化学药剂添加量的测控原理基础上,提出基于3段磁滞回线的稳流控制方法及基于比值控制与闭环反馈控制相结合的化学药剂添加量控制方法,并给出具体控制算法。经现场测试验证,所设计的测控系统性能稳定,能有效实现对工艺流程及相应参数的稳定控制。
Oily sludge treatment has been a technical problem in the major oilfields.In allusion to the problem,a method of oily sludge treatment based on the combination of physical and chemical technologies is put forward,and the corresponding treatment process flow is provided.On this basis,the design of oily sludge treatment measurement and control system is emphatically studied,the total structure design and controller hardware design based on dsPIC30F4013 single chip microcomputer are introduced.Through the analysis of flow control principle and chemical additives control principle of oily sludge treatment process,a steady flow control method based on the three sections magnetic hysteresis loop and chemical additive control method based on ratio control combined with a closed-loop feedback control are put forward,and corresponding control algorithm is also provided.It is verified by field tests that the designed control system is stable in performance,it can effectively achieve stability control for the technological process and the corresponding parameters.
