T形钢管再生混凝土柱轴压力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步深入了解T形截面钢管再生混凝土柱在竖向荷载作用下的力学性能,在选择合适的本构关系后,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行了数值模拟。基于已建立的模型,选取再生骨料取代率、钢管壁厚、核心混凝土等级等作为变化参数,用该模型对T形截面钢管再生混凝土轴压力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,钢管和混凝土之间的相互作用十分明显,再生混凝土受到钢管约束处于三轴受压状态,极大改善了再生混凝土强度低及延性差的缺点;T形截面钢管再生混凝土柱同普通钢管混凝土相似,也拥有较好的承载性能和变形能力;不同比例的骨料取代率对T形柱的轴压承载能力影响较小;钢管壁厚越大,柱各阶段承载力值都越大,且提高了柱的初始刚度;再生混凝土等级越大,能够一定程度提高柱的极限承载力,但曲线下降段更迅速,延性比较差;有限元可以很好模拟T形截面钢管再生混凝土柱的荷载-变形全过程,研究成果可供实际工程设计参考。 In order to further study the mechanical properties of recycled concrete columns with T shaped section under vertical load,the numerical simulation is carried out by using the finite element software ABAQUS after selecting the appropriate constitutive relation.Based on the established model,the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,the thickness of steel pipe wall and the grade of core concrete are selected as the parameters of the changes,the axial compression performance ofrecycled concrete filled steel tube with T shaped section is studied by the model.Research results show that the interaction between steel tube and concrete is very obvious,the recycled concrete is confined to the three axle under the constraint of the steel pipe,the disadvantages of low strength and poor ductility of recycled concrete are greatly improved.The recycled concrete columns with T shaped section have a better bearing capacity and deformation capacity which are similar to those of common concrete filled steel tubes.The ratio of aggregate replacement ratio has little influence on the bearing capacity of T shaped columns.The larger the wall thickness of the steel tube is,the greater the bearing capacity of the column at each stage is,and the initial stiffness of the column is improved.The growing of recycled concrete grade can improve the ultimate capacity of the column to a certain extent,but the curve decreases more rapidly,its ductility is relatively poor.The loading and deformation process of recycled concrete columns with T shaped section steel tube can be simulated by finite element method v.The results can be used for practical engineering design.
