HPLC法测定九味渣驯丸中没食子酸、岩白菜素的含量

Determination of Gallic Acidin and Bergeninum in Jiuwei Zhaxun Pills by HPLC

目的：建立九味渣驯丸中没食子酸、岩白菜素含量的测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法对九味渣驯丸中没食子酸、岩白菜素进行含量测定。Sunfire C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液（6∶94）、甲醇：水（25∶75）为流动相;检测波长为270、275nm;流速：1.0mL·min^-1。结果：没食子酸、岩白菜素线性范围分别为0.059 2～0.592 0μg（r=0.999 6）、0.0476～0.571 2μg（r=0.999 8）;平均回收率为97.85%（RSD=0.74%,n=6）、97.48%（RSD=1.10%,n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便,结果稳定、可靠,可用于九味渣驯丸质量控制。

Objective ： To establish an method for determination of gallic acid and bergeninum in Jiuwei Zhaxun pills. Methods ： The gallic acid and bergeninum in Jiuwei Zhaxun pills was determined by HPLC. Sunfire C18 （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）column was used and detection wavelength was at 270. 275nm. The mobile phase was methanol-0.4 % phosphoric acid （6 ：94）, methanol-water （25 75）, with theflow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. Results： The calibration curves of gallic acid and bergeninum were in a good linearity over the ranges of 0. 059 2-0. 5920μg（r=0. 999 6） ,0. 047 6-0. 571 2μg（r=0. 999 8） ,respectively. The average recoveries were 97.85% （RSD= 0.740/00, n= 6）, 97.48% （RSD= 1.10 %0, n= 6）. Conclusion：The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the control.
