Domestic Cultivated Echinacea Pharmacognosy Study of Three Kinds of Medicinal Plants

目的:对3种国产栽培紫锥菊进行生药学研究。方法:分别对3种紫锥菊的根、茎、叶进行性状观察,并依据2015版《中国药典》对其根、茎、叶的横切面及根粉末进行显微观察及拍照,应用薄层色谱法对3种紫锥菊进行理化鉴别。结果:3种紫锥菊虽然各个性状极其相似,但三者还是有一些区别点。结论:研究结果可为3种紫锥菊的准确使用提供理论依据。

Objective： For three kinds of domestic study on pharmacognosy cultivated echinacea medicinal plants. Methods：Of echinacea, narrow assists herb, lavender, echinacea for source identification, character identification, microscopic identification, physical and chemical identification. Results：Three types of echinacea, though each character extremely similar, but the three still has some of the mark. Conclusion ： Research results to formulate three echinacea species provides the theory basis for quality standard.
