王清任中医思想和临证经验探析

Analysis of Wang Qing-ren's thoughts and Clinical Experience

王清任是清代著名医学家,一生致力于解剖学的研究,著作《医林改错》丰富了中医解剖学。由于时代背景限制,该书有诸多不足,但其求真务实、敢于批判的革新精神应给予肯定。其血瘀论和活血化瘀治法至今仍为中医临床广泛应用。结合文献资料,从王清任的中医思想和临证经验两方面进行了评析,以期为今后的相关研究提供参考。

Wang Qing-ren was a well-known medical scientist of Qing dynasty. He devoted his whole life to researching anatomy. His masterpiece Correction on Errors in Medical Classics enriched the knowledge of TCM anatomy and also made some effects of foreign medical fields. Because of the social restrictions,he made some mistakes unavoidably. Even so,we can＇t deny that Wang Qingren is a great innovator who is truthful, practical and dare to criticize. His blood stasis theory and special treatment of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis are still widely applied in today＇s Chinese medicine clinic. This article, refering to the relevant literature,generalizes the ideas,perceptions and clinical experiences of Wang Qingren from two aspects. Hope to provide reference for the future research.
