摘要
目的:研究加味补中益气汤口服结合消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜内膜脱垂(IRP)型排便困难的疗效。方法:将70例IRP患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各35例,治疗组采用加味补中益气汤口服结合消痔灵注射治疗,对照组采用单纯消痔灵注射,比较治疗前后两组在排便费力、排便时间、排便不尽感、肛门镜检查和症状总积分方面的差异。结果:治疗前两组患者排便费力、排费时间、排便不尽感与肛门镜检查积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第7天、14天治疗组排便费力积分、排费时间积分、排便不尽感积分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组各时间点肛门镜检查积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组患者总积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第7天、14天治疗组总积分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味补中益气汤口服结合消痔灵注射治疗IRP型排便困难疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of modified Buzhongyiqi decoction and Xiaozhiling injection to treat difficult defecation of the IRP. Methods:Seventy patients with the IRP were divided into the treatment group (35 cases) and the control group (35 cases) randomLy. The treatment group treated with modified Buzhongyiqi decoction and Xiaozhiling injection, the other treated with Xiaozhiling Injection only. Compare the two groups in difficult defecation,defecation time,sense of rectum emptying not,anal microscopy and overall efficacy before and after the treatment. Results: Before treatment, two groups of patients defecate, exhaust time, defecation imcompletely and anoscopy scores had no significant difference (P〉0.05) ; seventh days after treatment, 14 days treatment group defecate,integral row fee time integral, endless defecation scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant the significance (P〈0.05), the two groups had no statistical significance at each time point anoscopy points difference (P〉 0.05) ;comparing the total score of the two groups of patients before treatment had no significant difference (P〈0.05) ;seventh days after treatment, 14 days treatment group total scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant the significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The effect of modified Buzhongyiqi decoction and Xiaozhiling injection to treat difficult defecations of the IRP is good,worthy of clinical application.
