摘要
目的建立一种酒类中甲醇的测定方法。方法采用顶空进样气相色谱法,使用PEG-20M毛细管柱;进样口温度200℃;检测器温度250℃;程序升温,初始温度40℃,保持5 min,以50℃/min的速率升至250℃,保持5 min;载气为氮气,流速2 m L/min。顶空进样,顶空平衡温度为90℃,顶空平衡时间为20 min;进样体积为1.0 m L。结果甲醇浓度在0~0.300 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996);平均回收率在85.3%~102.2%之间,RSD在2.2%~6.7%之间。结论方法简便、快速、准确可靠,适用于酒类中甲醇的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of methanol in wine. Methods It was determined by headspace gas chromatography with PEG-20 M capillary column. The inlet temperature was 200 ℃ and the detector temperature was 250 ℃. Temperature programming started at 40 ℃, maintained for 5 min, then increased to 250 ℃ at a rate of 50 ℃/min and maintained for 5 min. The carrier gas was nitrogen and the flow rate was 2 m L/min. Results The standard curve showed a good linearity in the range of 0-0.300 mg/m L for methanol and the correlation coefficient was 0.9996. The average recoveries were between 85.3 %-102.2 % and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were between 2.2 %-6.7 %. Conclusion The method was simple, efficient and accurate for the determination of methanol in wine.
