摘要
脑缺血再灌注损伤的发生和发展是一个复杂的病理生理过程,目前随着对缺血再灌注损伤机制研究的不断深入,其治疗药物也不断涌现,本文综合国内外文献报道,对各类治疗药物的研究进展及其作用机制进行综述,为脑缺血再灌注损伤的治疗提供参考。
The origin and development of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury is a complex pathophysiological process. More and more drugs are constantly emerging with the deepening research on mechanism of ischemia/reperfusion injury. This article summarizes the progress on drugs for the treatment of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury, in order to provide the reference for the treatment of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.
