摘要
研究了扦插基质类型、生长调节剂种类及其质量浓度、扦插方式、顶芽种类等不同因素对梅片树扦插生长的影响,以期为梅片树的繁殖与栽培推广提供科学依据。结果表明:扦插基质采用100%黄泥有利于插条生根;生长调节剂种类及其处理质量浓度对梅片树的生长均有极显著影响,添加NAA+IBA(1∶1)100 mg/L质量浓度处理效果最佳,成活率及生根率分别达到93.16%与89.74%;带顶芽茎段的扦插效果优于无顶芽茎段;插床扦插(即无营养袋扦插)效果优于营养袋扦插。
In order to provide a scientific basis for breeding and cultivating promotion, the cutting effect of matrix type, the type and concentration of growth regulators, cutting way and bud species to Dryobalanops aromatic was studied. The result showed that yellow soil medium was in favor of rooting. Growth regulator type and concentration had significant effects on Dryobalanops aromatica. The best concentration was 100 mg/L NAA + IBA (1 : 1). The survival and rooting rate of it respectively reach 93.16% and 89.74%. The cutting effect of stem segments with buds was better than no terminal bud. The cutting effect of without nutrition bag was better than nutrition bag.
