复方甘草酸苷联合ALA-PDT治疗中、重度痤疮44例临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of 44 Cases of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with 5-aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Therapy in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Acne

目的评价复方甘草酸苷联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗中、重度痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法将入选的85例中、重度痤疮患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组,治疗组44例,对照组41例。对照组予ALA-PDT照射20 min,1次/周;治疗组同时予复方甘草酸苷3片,3次/d,两组患者疗程均为8周。结果治疗8周后,治疗组有效率为90.91%,对照组有效率为73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后3个月时,治疗组复发率4.54%,对照组复发率19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合ALA-PDT治疗中、重度痤疮疗效优于单用ALA-PDT治疗,且复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound glycyrrhizin combined with 5- aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT） in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods Eighty-five cases of moderate to severe acne patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment order, including 44 cases in the experimental group and 41 cases in the control group. The control group was given ALA-PDT irradiation 20rain, 1 times / week; while the experimental group was given compound glycyrrhizin（3 pieces/time, 3 times/d） on basis of control group. Treatment of two groups was for 8 weeks. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 90. 91% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than 73.17% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment for 3 months, the recurrence rate of the experimental group and the control group were 4. 54% and 19. 51% , respectively, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Adverse reactions in two groups had no statistically significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Compound glycyrrhizin combined with ALA-PDT in the treatment of moderate to severe acne was significantly better than the simple application of ALA-PDT, and the recurrence rate was low, it is worthy of clinical application.
