图文媒介式授权教育法在脑梗死患者中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察图文媒介式授权教育法在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年10月-2016年3月我院收治的脑梗死患者108例作为研究对象,并随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组施以常规健康教育;试验组采用图文媒介式授权教育法实施健康教育。比较两组脑梗死患者干预后授权能力、健康知识知晓度、自护能力及生活质量评分。结果:试验组干预后患者的授权能力、健康知识知晓度、自护能力及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:采用图文媒介式授权教育法对脑梗死患者实施健康教育,有利于提高患者的授权能力、健康知识知晓度和疾病自护能力及生活质量。 Objective: To observe the application effect of graphic media type authorization education method in cerebral infarction patient nursing. Methods:Selected 108 cerebral infarction patients admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2016 as research objects,and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group. The control group adopted routine health education; the experimental group adopted education method authorized by graphic media to carry out health education. Compared the authorization ability,health knowledge awareness,self- care ability and life quality scores of cerebral infarction patients in the two groups after the intervention. Results: The authorization ability,health knowledge awareness,self- care ability and life quality scores of patients in the experimental group after the intervention were all higher than those of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Adopting education method authorized by graphic media to carry out health education on cerebral infarction patients is beneficial for the improvement of cerebral infarction patients' authorization ability,health knowledge awareness,self- care ability on diseases and life quality.
