护理干预对ICU鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on ICU patients with Acinetobacter baumannii infection

目的：探讨护理干预对ICU鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的影响效果,为临床提供参考。方法：选取我院2012年7月-2016年3月ICU收治的50例ICU鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者作为观察对象,将50例ICU鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者等分成对照组与试验组,对照组采取常规护理;试验组在对照组的基础上采取针对性护理干预,观察比较两组ICU鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者护理后并发症发生率以及住院时间。结果：试验组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,患者的住院时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对ICU鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者采取针对性护理干预,能够有效降低患者发生并发症的概率,缩短住院时间,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the influence and effect of nursing intervention on ICU patients with Acinetobacter baumannii infection,and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods： Selected 50 ICU patients with Acinetobacter baumannii infection admitted in ICU from July 2012 to March 2016 as observation objects,and divided them into control group and experimental group. The control group took routine nursing; the experimental group took pointed nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,compared the complication incidence and hospital stay of ICU patients with Acinetobacter baumannii infection in the two groups after nursing. Results： The complication incidence of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,patients＇ hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Conducting pointed nursing intervention on ICU patients with Acinetobacter baumannii infection can effectively reduce patients＇ complication incidence,and shorten hospital stay,for which it is worth of promotion.
