品管圈在降低普外科护士化疗药物职业危害中的应用

Application of quality control circle in reducing occupational hazard of chemotherapeutic agents on nurses in general surgery department

目的:探讨品管圈活动降低普外科护士化疗药物职业危害的效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,选定活动主题,对化疗药物的职业危害进行根本原因分析,制定活动计划,采取相应的改进措施。结果:品管圈活动提高了普外科护士化疗药物职业防护的意识、知识水平,改善了护士的健康指标,同时提高了护士的满意度。结论:品管圈活动能有效提高普外科护士化疗药物职业防护水平,减少职业损伤,提高护士的生活质量,进而确保护士为患者提供优质的护理服务。

Objective： To explore the effect of quality control circle activities in reducing occupational hazard of chemotherapeutic agents on nurses in general surgery department. Methods： Established quality control circle team,selected and determined activity theme,analyzed root causes of chemotherapeutic agents＇ occupational hazard,made activity plan and took corresponding improvement measures. Results： Quality control circle activities improved general surgery department nurses＇ awareness and knowledge level of occupational protection on chemotherapeutic agents,improved nurses＇ health indicators,and simultaneously enhanced nurses＇ satisfaction. Conclusion： Quality control circle activities can effectively improve the protection level of chemotherapeutic agents＇ occupational hazard of nurses in general surgery department,reduce occupational injury,enhance nurses＇ life quality,and thus ensure nurses to provide excellent nursing service for patients.
