积极心理学在年轻护士心理疏导中的应用

Application of positive psychology in psychological counseling of young nurses

目的:探讨积极心理学在年轻护士心理疏导中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取在我院工作1年内的60名年轻护士作为本次研究主体,均予以心理疏导,对比心理疏导前后其生活质量与工作状态。结果:心理干预后护士SCL-90量表中焦虑、抑郁、偏执、强迫、恐怖、人际关系敏感、总分与阳性项目数及MBI量表中的玩世不恭、情绪衰竭评分低于心理疏导前(P<0.05),个人成就感评分高于心理疏导前(P<0.05)。结论:应用积极心理学对年轻护士进行心理疏导,有利于帮助其调整心态、增强职业适应能力与职业成就感,充分激发个人潜能。

Objective： To explore the application effect of positive psychology in psychological counseling of young nurses. Methods： Randomly sampled 60 young nurses working for less than 1 year in our hospital as research objects,gave all of them psychological counseling,and compared the their life quality and working state before and after the psychological counseling. Results： Nurses＇ anxiety,depression,paranoid ideation,obsessive- compulsive symptom,terror,interpersonal sensitivity,total score and positive item number in SCL- 90 scale and cynicism,emotional exhaustion scores in MBI scale after the psychological intervention were lower than those before the psychological counseling（ P 0. 05）,and sense of personal achievement was higher than the one before psychological counseling（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Applying positive psychology to conduct psychological counseling on young nurses can help nurses adjust their mindset,enhance vocational adaptability and sense of vocational achievement,and sufficiently excite personal potential.
