腮腺癌在多形性腺瘤中超声表现1例 被引量：2

Ultrasonographic manifestation of carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma in parotid gland:a case report

摘要 患者男,58岁。20年前发现于右耳下无明显诱因肿块,约蚕豆大小,未行任何特殊诊疗,病程中肿块增至20 cm×10 cm大小,为进一步治疗入院。超声检查：右侧腮腺区域至右侧颈部中上段见一巨大外生性肿块,上界至耳垂水平,下界达甲状软骨水平,形状不规则,边界清楚,内部为混合性回声,分布不均质,其内可见点状强回声,后方回声无变化;CDFI：肿块实质部分可见丰富的血流信号（图1）。
