魔芋专用生防放线菌有机肥对板栗林下魔芋的促生作用 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨魔芋专用生防放线菌有机肥对魔芋生长的影响,采用小区试验研究魔芋专用生防放线菌娄彻氏链霉菌(Streptomyces rochei)D74生物有机肥对魔芋光合生理特性、生物量、产量及球茎品质的影响。结果表明:1生物有机肥D74+100和D74+50处理,魔芋叶片气孔导度、蒸腾速率分别较对照增加66.30%和66.85%、46.15%和49.65%(P<0.05)。2放线菌生物有机肥D74+100处理,魔芋叶片PPO活性和可溶性蛋白质量分数分别较对照增加18.58%和32.54%,而MDA质量摩尔浓度降低31.27%,处理与对照差异均达显著水平(P<0.05)。3生物有机肥D74+50处理,魔芋株高和叶长分别较对照显著增加24.32%和19.72%。生物有机肥D74+100处理根茎总数量、块茎667m2产量及生长系数分别较对照增加26.38%、74.25%及74.32%;球茎葡甘聚糖、淀粉及纤维素质量分数分别较对照增加30.60%、17.10%及7.19%,处理与对照差异均达显著水平(P<0.05)。可见,供试生防放线菌生物有机肥对魔芋有显著的促生作用,其通过影响植株的光合生理、生化及诱导抗性提高魔芋产量,改善球茎品质。 The effects of aetinomycete-derived organic fertilizer on the growth condition of Arnor- phophallus konjac were evaluated in the paper. The plot experiment was conducted to investigate the biomass, photosynthetic characteristics, yield and corm quality of A. konjac by applying Streptomyces rochei D74 with organic fertilizer. The results showed that. Under the treatment of actinomycetes mixed with organic fertilizer (D74+100 and D74+50), stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of leaf significantly increased by 66.30%, 66.85% and 46. 15%, 49.65% (P〈0.05) compared with control. Under treatment of actinomycetes mixed with organic fertilizer (D74+100), the polyphenol oxidase activity and soluble protein mass fraction of A. konjac plant were 18.58% and 32.54% higher than those in the control, whereas the corresponding molality of malondialdehyde was 31.27% lower markedly than that in the control (P〈0.05). Under D74+50 treatment, the plant height and leaf length increased by 24.32% and 19.72% (P〈0. 05), respectively. The total number of tubers, yield of tubers, and growth index were 26.38%, 74.25%, 74.32% higher than the eontrol; the contents of glucomannan, starch and cellulose increased by 30.60%, 17.10%, 7. 19%, respectively, compared with control (P〈0.05). In conclusion, the tested actinomycetes-derived organic fertilizer can promote growth of A. konjac by interacting with photosynthetic physiological, biochemical, inducing resistance and can improve the corm quality.
