摘要
贝母是一种极具观赏价值与发展潜力的球根花卉。采用氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)、碘-碘化钾(I2-KI)染色法对10个品种(种)观赏贝母的新鲜花粉的生活力进行测定,同时采用离体培养法对各品种花粉的萌发率进行测定。综合2种测定方法发现,伊贝母的花粉活力最高,托里贝母、花格贝母和大白花贝母花粉活力相对较高;在离体培养时,培养基为1g/L硼酸+150g/L蔗糖时,花粉萌发率最高;-20℃干燥环境有利于花粉的贮藏。
The genus Fritillaria is a kind of bulb flower with high ornamental value and developmen- tal potential. The staining method of TTC and I2-KI were used to test pollen vitality of 10 Fritillaria species or cultivars in this article, at the same time, the germination of pollen were tested in vitro cul- ture. The result showed that the highest pollen vitality was F. pallidiflora, followed by F. tortifo- lia, F. meleagris and F. verticillata var. albiflora. Pollen had the highest germination rate in the op- timal combination of culture medium, 1 g/L boronic acid+ 150 g/L sucrose. In addition, the vitality of pollen was kept under dry conditions at -20℃.
