履带式沙滩清洁车变量泵动态特性分析

摘要 变量泵伺服系统是实现发动机与变量泵功率匹配的关键部件。基于AMESim软件对该履带式沙滩清洁车H1T变量泵伺服系统进行建模,通过参数匹配调试,使模型的仿真结果与伺服变量系统的工作特性相符合。通过模拟沙滩清洁车实际工况对该变量泵的动态特性进行分析,对比不同工况的分析结果,给出伺服电流的调整方案。结果表明,减小变量泵死区电流的变化范围不仅降低了压力波动幅度,而且减少了系统冲击,同时也减少了发动机空转的时间,提高了燃油经济性及作业效率。 Variable pump servo system is the critical component to realize power matching between engine and variable pump. Models of H1T variable pump servo system of the crawler beach cleaner was generated based on AMESim, through debug parameters matching to make simulation results of the model in accordance with the working characteristics of servo variable system. Dynamic characteristics analysis of the variable pump were analyzed by simulating the actual working conditions of crawler beach cleaner, and the adjustment of the servo current scheme was given, by contrasting the analysis results of different working conditions. The results show that reducing variation range of dead zone current of the variable pump not only reduces the amplitude of pressure variation and the system impact, but also reduces the engine idle running time and improve the fuel economy and efficiency.
