摘要
目前我国常用的残极清理设备主要依靠国外进口的抛丸机进行氧化面处理。进口的抛丸机成本高,且远远达不到理想的清理效果,给国内电解铝行业带来了诸多不利因素。打破国外的行业技术垄断从而降低设备采买的成本投入、提升残极清理设备的工作效果,是电解铝生产行业迫切的愿望,同时也是一个发展机械制造企业的契机。此次研究的对象为国内首台电解铝残极自磨机,具有绿色环保、低噪、回收效果好等显著特点,设计中考虑到粉尘的回收,极大的降低了大气污染,从而保证了铝业生产单位工人的职业健康安全;研磨过程中充分利用重力等因素,通过正反转的交替的方式达到充分研磨和物料排放、回收。
The commonly used residual cleaning device in the country mainly relies on foreign imports of shot blasting machines for oxidation surface treatment currently. The cost of imports of shot blasting machine is high, and its effect is far less than ideal cleaning effect, which has brought domestic electrolytic aluminum industry many unfavorable factors. Breaking the industry of foreign technology monopoly so as to reduce the cost of buying devices investments, and improve the working effect of residual cleaning devices, is the urgent desire of the electrolytic aluminum production industry, and is also a development chance in machinery manufacturing enterprises. The object of this study was the domestic first electrolytic aluminum residue autogenous grinding device, with green environmental protection, low noise, great recovery effect and other significant characteristics. Given recycling the dust in the design, the air pollution would be greatly reduced so as to ensure the workers' occupational health and safety in the aluminum production units. Factors such as the gravity were made full use in the process of grinding, through positive and negative alternate ways, to achieve full grinding and the discharge and recycling of materials.
