摘要
针对钢铁生产流程计划与调度问题,结合一体化生产管理理念,构建了一种基于B/S模式的钢铁生产流程知识网系统的框架结构。深入研究了模型管理方式,结合知识工程的理论,建立了以模型知识化表示、模型选择与组合为核心的模型库子系统,实现了模型库的智能化管理;针对生产计划编制子系统,采用实际问题与模型特征转换为元数据的方法,以及基于元学习思想,提出了智能算法匹配机制对模型进行求解。最后,采用C#ASP.NET编程实现了钢铁生产混合流程知识网系统的开发,并通过实例验证了系统的有效性。
According to the idea on the integration of production and management, it has built a frame structure of knowledge- network system based on B/S model in production process in order to solve the planning and scheduling problems concerning iron and steel production process. Made an intensive study of way of model management, combined the theory of knowledge engineering and built the sub-system of model base centering on knowledge representation for model and model selection and model integration to realize the intelligent management of model base; according to the sub-system of production planning, used method of actual problem with the model feature into metadata and based on meta -learning, putting forward the intelligent algorithm matching mechanism to solve the model. Finally, the development of knowledge-network system has been realized in the iron and steel production process using the mixed programming on C#ASP.NET. And the effectiveness of the system is verified through specific examples.
