摘要
以汽车前纵梁结构为研究对象,设计了多种轴向阵列诱导槽布置,并分别与无诱导槽和有单个诱导槽的帽形结构进行对比分析,在有限元仿真分析的基础上,结合落锤试验对帽形结构的吸能特性进行研究。结果表明:诱导槽结构能够有效降低峰值压溃力,有效改善帽形结构的变形,且具有轴向阵列诱导槽帽形结构的变形和压溃力在一定程度上变得可预测。
Taking front rails as the research object, it designed a variety of axial array initiator, respectiz;ety compared and analyzed with no initiator and single initiator, on the basis of the finite element simulation analysis, combined with absorption characteristics properties on bat-section structure by dynamic impact test. Results show that initiator can effectively reduce the peak crushing force trod improve deformation of hat-section structure, and in a certain extent, the deformation and crushing force of the hat-section structure with axial array initiator become predictable.
