摘要 在膜式壁管屏焊接过程中,焊接应力和焊接变形在一定条件下会影响管屏的焊接质量和功能,因此对焊接变形的有效预测是管屏生产制造中必须考虑的问题。利用ANSYS软件的生死单元技术,对膜式壁管屏焊接过程进行数值模拟,分析管屏在温度场和应力场下的变化情况,其结果和实验结果相吻合,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。通过管屏焊接变形分析指导管屏焊机的设计,对焊机上下滚轮节距进行尺寸补偿,保证焊后管屏尺寸达到焊接技术条件,提高管屏焊接质量。 In the process of welding on membrane wall tube screen, the quality and function of the tube screen are jointly determined by welding stress and welding deformation under certain conditions. Therefore, the effective prediction, of welding deformation is the problem that must be considered in the process of tube screen production.Technology of "element birth and death" in the software of ANSYS has been used to simulate the process of welding on membrane wall tube screen and analyze the change of tube screen situation under temperature field and stress field. The results are consistent with experimental results, and it proves the reliability of the numerical simulation .The analysis of tube screen welding deformation can instruct tube screen welding machine design, and it can compensate the pitches size of welding machine rollers upper and lower, ensure that post-weld tube screen size reached welding conditions, and improve the quality of welding tube screen.
