摘要 介绍了塑料激光焊接技术的发展状况和塑料激光焊接原理,以及焊接夹具及其夹紧力在焊接过程中起到的作用。由于被焊接的塑料零件存在塑性变形,传统的夹具很难起到理想的夹紧效果。针对塑料零件的特性和焊接工艺要求,设计一种琴键式焊接夹具,可以包容相同结构的多个塑料零件之间的塑性变形尺寸差,使得被焊接的零件之间无缝接触,同时可以调整相应的夹紧力。结果表明,该焊接夹具达到了预期效果,适合产业化发展要求。 Introduces the principle of the development of laser welding technology of plastics and plastic laser welding, and welding fixture and clamping force of the play in the welding process. The welding of plastic parts plastic deformation is difficult to play the traditional fixture clamping effect which is ideal. According to the characteristics of plastic parts and the welding process requirements, designs a key type welding fixture, and it can contain multiple plastic parts with the same structure of the plastic deformation of the contact between the size difference, seamless welded parts, also can adjust the clamping force of the corresponding. The results show that, the welding fixture achieves the expected effect, being suitable for the request of industrialization development.
